NBA Construction & Remodeling started as a small drywall and paint operation in Fairfield County. Eighteen years later, we are a family owned contractor working homes and businesses in Connecticut and New York.
Nelson Baraona founded NBA Construction & Remodeling in 2008 with a simple plan. Do drywall and paint work in Fairfield County, show up when promised, and finish the job clean. The first crew was small. The first projects were single rooms and basic repairs.
Word travels fast in Connecticut. Past clients started calling for bigger jobs. Then their friends called. Then their neighbors. Eight years in, we expanded into New York, added framing, carpentry, and full remodeling, and grew the crew to handle entire kitchens, basements, and commercial spaces.
Today we cover fourteen cities in Connecticut and New York. The owner is still on the job. Crew leads have been with us for years. Most of our work still comes from past clients calling back, which is the simplest way to measure if a contractor is doing the job right.
